We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective products within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers returning items in unsuitable conditions will not receive a refund. We will send an email confirmation once we have processed your return.
If you want to request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the details of the new item you would like to receive. Exchanges must be equal to or greater than the original item price. We will send a confirmation email once we have received the exchanged item, and we will send a shipping confirmation email once your new item has been shipped. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged.
All return and exchange fees are paid for by customer.
